Sir Adrian Cadbury was responsible for the Corporate Governance Report in 1992 which carries his name. It is his brother, Sir Dominic Cadbury, who is stepping down as Chairman of Misys having served as an NED for 10 years. It doesn't really change the sentiment of the post. I assume Dominic had read Adrian's report and was therefore well aware of the perils of one person being both Chairman and CEO - particularly when that person is such a 'strong character' as Kevin Lomax.
