Not to be outdone by Logica (see below), Fujitsu and Atos have also announced a significant deal in UK public sector, with a £430m contract extension (to 2016) at the Home Office. Fujitsu scores the lion’s share - £330m – with a welcome £100m for Atos. The services aim to cut 25% off the Home Office’s IT bill. Spend to save, yes, but we are sure it’s on the basis of ‘even more for even less’! Another great win.

Fujitsu, Atos bring home £430m contract extension
