The Dubai-based JV is a nice addition to RM’s international business. We have long said that RM has an opportunity to expand its geographic footprint and this is a sensible move into a growing market. Not surprisingly, the initial focus will be the Middle East, which has well established links to UK education. RM already has a subsidiary in the US, established in 2005, and in Asia-Pacific, where is serves over 4,000 schools in Australia and New Zealand.
