Maxima loses COO

(By Anthony Miller – Thursday 16th July 2009 7:45am). Just a couple of days after issuing a good news/bad news trading update (see Maxima trading back on track but will report FY loss), software and IT services consolidation play, Maxima, announced today that COO Boris Huard is leaving the business at the end of the month. Huard joined Maxima in 2007 after a stint running Logica’s banking sector business, a role he assumed after Logica acquired French mid-market SI Unilog in 2006. Huard had been with Unilog since 1998. Huard will not be replaced at Maxima, leaving executive chairman Kelvin Harrison and CEO Graham Kingsmill (previously CEO at Netstore) even more firmly in control.
