(By Richard Holway 7.00am 9th June 09) Further to my report yesterday – God Jobs returns? - God Steve did not appear at the Apple World Developers Conference yesterday.The announcements made were ‘evolutionary’ rather than ‘revolutionary’. Apple halved the cost of the entry level 8gb iPhone and introduced a new 3GS iPhone – much faster, longer battery life, 32gb version, video camera, voice activated etc. Apple also revamped their Macbook range. If you want more, other specialised media will give you more reviews than any normal person could consume. The WSJ has a good overview at Apple halves price or the FT Apple shifts focus to challenge main rivals.
