Infosys UK – the quiet achiever

(By Anthony Miller – Thursday 18th June 2009 8:30am). What a great day I had yesterday in the hallowed halls of Infosys UK headquarters. A string of one-on-one, back-to-back meetings (don’t try the visual imagery, folks) with much of Infosys senior UK and European management. I will be going into some detail on Infosys’ operations here in the UK as they don’t so much hide their light under a bushel as bury it!

Infosys is already a UK Top 20 ranking player with revenues last year around £435m. You’d be surprised at their UK client list and I don’t just mean for their stock-in-trade application services. There’s testing services, infrastructure management and BPO too and, interestingly, a growing base of banks and financial institutions using their proprietary Finacle universal banking product.
